    ... it was rather nice again.

    The biggest problem with the rain was that it meant there was nowhere to sit, and standing at the back of the boat seems rather odd when you aren't in control of the tiller, plus Carrie moans that she can't see round me.

    ... beach and enjoy! Tom heads off and we all climb into the campervan and continue sight seeing, before returning home and getting ready to go to Beaumaris to their favourite pub for dinner.     ... Time for lunch with Jim and Val, they own Rose Cottage where Mary's dad was born and lived in his childhood. Great to catchup. Back to our hotel, my plan was to go to the bistro, have a little drink and write my blog. Got the first part done okay.     ... free minutes to check out the city of Warwick. Our next stop for the day was to Stratford - Upon - Avon, which was (is?) the home of William Shakespeare. I say "is", because that is where his final resting place is. Kelly and I had lunch at a Greek restaurant. She enjoyed some tapas and I was finally able to satisfy my salad craving.
