The ferry across the 'ditch' on Wed 24th June was smooth but we hardly slept and so glad to be greeted by a much loved daughter and her husband Mariano at their apartment close by. Breakfast over and Claire had to run (work) and Mariano had to leave us too for his work. We settled in and were so tired we enjoyed a nap after lunch! Poor old things!

... met by my auntie's husband's sister - Lyndsey - who collected us and drove us back to their family home in Mount Eden. The 4 of us have invaded their games room - we have our own bathroom with real fluffy towels. There's even a Jo Malone candle in the bathroom...heaven. It is very very exciting.
