    ... the hotel was located about 500 metres away from the Concert, by the time the concert started I was well and truly exhausted but there is nothing better than pushing yourself to the limits and I definitely did that... come the end of the concert at 2300 I couldn't have been more excited about getting to bed the 500 metre walk home was a breeze I didn't even care that it was raining and a thunder storm had started!     ... with pubs, restaurants and shops and down the main shopping street, and skirted the Royal Pavilion, surely the most self-indulgently decadent building we'd ever seen! It was built by Prince George, later King George IV, and is covered with flamboyant Indian-style domes and Moorish minarets. It is surrounded by some lovely colourful gardens, where hundreds of new university graduates were having their photos taken.

Imagine our delight at finding that our skipper was Liam, our engineer Knife and the hostie was Crystal, sister to Russell (of Fiskardo fame), and Knife’s brother was there learning to be an engineer too!     ... the post office(suitably) did a much faster service of delivery and saved my unorganized rear end.

    Something else which challenged me today was automated phone machines why build a service that asks you questions that don't meet my needs only for me to shout questions at the phone to then be put through to a rep anyway? Quite amusing.

    ... to Bangkok Saturday afternoon, around 15:15. In a strange way, I am really excited about the 12 hour flight! Airplane food and movies do it for me!

    The next entry will be coming to you from Bangkok, and will hopefully be a bit more interesting! I really hope you find it interesting and follow it when you can. Will start uploading photos as soon as possible!
