Hiking Hanging Lakes
... on ordering room service but decided we might as well go down to the bar and eat. It was quieter plus the front desk gave us a bunch of free drink coupons. Dinner was actually pretty good. By the time we got back to our room the hallway hockey game was over and the owners of the annoying yappy dog had come back. We enjoyed a little quiet time and went to bed early.

Saw the MOOSE - and gorgeous aspens
... Nirvana. Then when we went to buy our bottle of wine to match our spaghetti supper, the guy (20s) at the liquor store saw Pete's shirt and said Nice Shirt ... and then showed us his tatooed O on his calf. Go Ducks!
We are back at Steamboat at the moment to catch up on e-mails etc and to plan the last few days of our journey.

A trip to Steamboat

After we had had lunch we went to a hot springs (Strawberry Park Hot Springs) which was HOT! Some of the springs went into pools.
At dinner time we looked at the Steamboat Ski Area and had dinner at the Tug Boat.

... just how financially behind I am. I am in the process of planning, researching destinations, estimating living costs, looking for free/inexpensive housing options, and occasionally wondering just how I am going to pull this off. Fortunately, I happen to be travelling with an amazing lady, who I truly would (or at least attempt to) follow around the world.
