The sun was out today, I got to wear my sunglasses and got a little bit sun burnt. Not sure that’s happened since before I left home.

We found ourselves in a very cool little spot beside Camden. It was on a bridge, with a small café at the end and a guy sitting in the shade play acoustic ...

... states we are passing the site of Marshalsea Debtors Prison of Dickensian fame - but there's no longer any evidence of it. Very much in evidence however, is 'The Golden Hinde' ship - not the original but a magnificent replica. Now we arrive at Clink Street. First there is the sole remaining wall of Winchester Palace to admire. The pretty rose window is impressive. It was here, in 1540, that Henry VIII met and fell in love with Katherine Howard. He ...

... and coordinates so well. Loved the detail and coordination of all the rooms - very over the top, but definitely a palace. Also I never knew that the former King was such an art collector - I will also check this tour as a museum visit.
