      • There are 2 full time D&T staff. The principal Steve Leighton is also a D&T teacher and is taking some classes.
      • The school is purpose built for up to 600 students.

      Hello From London!  Today was a fun day being a tourist! After work and class me and my three friends Josh, Maria and Julianne went to southbank to see all the popular London landmarks.       Over the past 2 days we spent time with the men and women of the London Ambulance Service. Unlike our organisation, here in the UK their Ambulance is run by the NHS which is a government department, however we do have a lot in common. Our liaison for this visit was a great guy called Gareth Hughes, he is the Assistant Director of Operations NWL, he was an excellent guide as had spent over 6 months in Perth helping with some of the systems that we now use, he ...

      ... a great atmosphere outside the Globe theatre - lots of people milling around, Rastafarian musicians, vendor selling hot candied peanuts (perfect for a rumbling tummy) and the sun shining. Another bus ride brought us up to Oxford street. Don was still feeling unwell so he stayed on the bus back to the hotel.       I found the experience at Harrods to be far better than I had expected. I had heard all sorts of things about dress codes, but saw very casually dressed people inside.
