Today was a trip to a State Park about 1 hour's drive north of Coppell. Whilst most of the drive was along freeways we passed through farming country with horse ranches and cattle before entering the park. The sun has set and the planes are being loaded. It' time to shop the duty free store. We just heard the plane to Santiago is delayed overnight with mechanical problems. Wish us luck with our flight.

Oh well, we survived, got through customs in about 30 minutes after a 15 mile hike from the gate and arrived at our hotel. We are using points to stay at the Marriott Park Lane.
