We went for a meal to Votsi in the evening and met a lovely lady and her son who cooked a very nice meal, they couldn't have done anymore for us and were genuinely interested in chatting. They sent us away with a doggy bag of some home made bread and a sweet quince desert she made.

We ate a light salad for dinner and got a slightly early night due to sleep deprivation the previous night. When we got back to the apartment Yiannis knocked on the door and presented us with oranges, mandarins and clementine from his garden. They tasted amazing. We found some good foraging on the Island already which includes the normal citrus fruit including a large grapefruit tree by our apartments. ... being a little shy before hand. We are proud of our children, we are obviously biased but they are wonderful little crinkles. They are so articulate, thoughtful and polite, this is not something I say that often as they can be horrors to each other sometimes but I am a proud father non the less. Not sure where that came from but I thought I would share it anyway.
