We're off today for our anniversary trip--we're headed to West Virginia for a ballgame, a drive-in, and an ATV tour. Cat/House-Sitting plan number 1 failed at the last minute, and I had to scurry around for alternate arrangements, but a former student stepped up and so we were off as planned. Helen took us to a street in Richmond called Carytown and just went into all the random shops we could find. Our favourite a toy shop full of quirky stuff like horses heads and working novelty piano ties which we Helen bought for is. Also visited a fancy dress where Helen insisted on buying as chicken hats!
