We must have looked a sorry sight plodding through the village centre and out the other side to the B & B, Katrina wearily following 10 paces behind me. A shower and solid meal however did us both the power of good. At bed time we were feeling upbeat again. Tomorrow is another short walk (apparently) into Patterdale. Hopefully we will be well ...
