There was very heavy rain in the first part of the night, and the worst of the wind came at about 6am, as predicted. Thankfully the hood stayed in place, and there was no damage, just lots of leaves and twigs everywhere.

Left the hotel at a relaxed hour of 9.30am with Emma for our trip to Montmartre. A gray drizzly morning & rapidly discovered the temperature had dropped!
