I really get how much the pioneers tried to transplant English into NZ. I was in a garden this morning where the owner has a patch of gorse (for the colour and the wild look!!) It doesn't get out of control - it's perfectly manageable. And the Agapanthus are the same - they love them and don't fear being taken over by ...

You see dear J gets frustrated when things aren't where they should be - and I stand there not knowing what to do and what to say... I was warned about it, but there's nothing like first hand experience to know just what they mean... she's lovely most of the time, but of course, ...

... day. The score was 1-1 in games and Wiatt was down 10-5 in the 3rd. He came back and actually had two match balls before losing 14-12. It was an excellent match to finish on.

I hung out at the club until about 1 pm, enjoying a latte, a bacon roll, and a coffee. I coached Will in one of his matches and then headed back to the house to blog in the garden and just enjoy the sun.

At 2:30, Pat drove Jen and Julie and Will and me to ...
