      ... previously decided not to join. Even so, it was great to mix with the group and have a few drinks.

      Ted wanted to return to the room for a nap but, despite trying my hardest, I couldn't really wind down. We saw that there was ship bingo on board, so we both went along to join. I was a bit disappointed that you needed to pay for it, but it was actually a lot of fun. It was nerve wracking too! Whenever I saw my numbers come up, I could almost feel myself getting faint. ...

      ... we were standing in front of her trying to get her attention. The airline wouldn't send us to Fort Lauderdale, which was where we were originally supposed to go if we hadn't had gotten delayed and missed out connecting flight. They put us on a flight to Orlando, and then to Miami, when we were expected to find our own way to Fort Lauderdale. To be honest though, I've always enjoyed the Orlando airport!       ... shop where for once I didn’t buy anything although I wished I could have - some of the wool was lovely.




      A short drive and we were at our hotel - Comfort Inn – checked in and then we spent some time together before going to IHOP for a light dinner - salads all around apart from Doug who had fish and chips.

The best fillet mignon EVER was drizzled with a super rich flavourful gravy and accompanied by whipped goat cheese with cilantro and gently sautéed zucchini and garlic mashed potatoes.
