Once there the guy was constantly on his phone and we didn't know much. Olivia was persistent in asking and making sure that the bus was still coming. He kept re assuring us. ... is spectacular, a large sweeping cove with a picturesque headland which becomes an lsland during higher tides.

We had chosen Palolem over the quieter Patnem and Agonda beaches as we thought the fact that it is a bit livelier might be a good thing as we were to spend a whole 3 weeks there. We stayed at the north end which is the more family friendly end .with shallow calm water for safe child friendly swimming The south end of the beach has more of a night life ...

... twice we will get a group together with scooters and head of down the coast stopping in at various sights along the way until we arrive at one of the other beaches in time for lunch and relaxing afternoon before we return in time for cocktails. It's an awesome trip as we pass through little villages, farms and a bit of jungle. There is very little traffic so it is relatively safe to drive.

Even if you want to spend time alone and do you own thing no one bothers ...
