So sadly, we had our last breakfast on the balcony of our villa and watched the sun come up! The sun rises around 7.40am on the island. We closed all the shutters and locked up the house. The boys were waiting outside for us. We loaded the cases into the little Fiat and headed off to the ferry. When we arrived there was a huge line up of cars , I was wondering how they would all fit on, until I saw three really big buses and a truck come off. Andy was finding it very hard to ...

We saw the stadium where the running events took place. It held 45,000 people. There were no seats. Spectators sat or stood on the grass surrounding the field. It was really a beautiful impressive place.

... been in times of poor attitude but not in the decisions made. When I really think about it I'd like to truly regret nothing because regrets hold us back and bring us right to where we were before. Of course in moments I have regretted but I've been able to quickly let go and realize that the experience or situation was always one that provided me with a learning experience, good or bad. A long as you follow your heart you will have no regrets. So if I haven't jumped around ...
