      ... and stayed about 3 hours. Tristan thinks that he won the tower building competition but Jo-Ann's reached the ceiling first. Amy's was the most artistic, Jessamy's looked like the Eiffel tower and Kelly's looked like the design plan with a twist.

      Not a good start to the day, Ian was sick from food poisoning - possibly the beef and ale pie from last night.
      It was only a short drive to Pembroke castle. The wind was blowing cold but the castle was well worth the entry fee. We climbed all the towers, walked all the walls, down to the cavern, looked in the dungeon, and up the spiral staircase to the top of the round keep. The castle was in ...

      ... went back into the town centre. Wandered back towards the hostel slowly looking in some shops. Spent a little while just resting. Just before 6 I went out for dinner. There was a place recommended in my travel guide I wanted to try. A microbrewery not far from the hostel called Zerodegrees. I had a really nice meal there. Completely stuffed by the end of it.       ... All over!
      Now chilling in a campsite overlooking Minehead with a couple of beers.

      Yeah, glad it is all over and I will complete the blog properly with all the anecdotes, stories, philosophies of a coast path runner later; you thought you had got away with it? No chance.
