We started the day in Portsmouth, NH walked through some gardens along the water and over to Strawberry Bank a historical park of the original settlement. They have done a beautiful job of restoring the old home and showing you different things from that era we talked to a barrel builder and a demonstration on cooking where we learned about Turnspit dogs.
