... we wandered down from our hotel through dense banana plantations right to the waters edge. A huge variety of "protected" birds sprung up in our path and the sun glinted gently on the green water. In a selection of places dubiously smelling fluid frothed into the current. This didn't offend the birds as much as it did my environmental sensibilities. Heading south fast
Left Marrakesh and headed directly west to the coast and a town called Essaouira where we stopped for four hours for a look before heading down the coast to Agadir.
