After the cattle drive Kippy treated me to lunch at Joe T Garcia's, a Fort Worth icon. The Garcia's started this place in the 1930's in a tiny storefront that seated a dozen or so. Over the years it's expanded until it fills most of a city block! We had their traditional family style enchilada lunch, with platters of rice, beans, guacamole, etc. to heap on top.
