When we arrived in the dark, the most dominant feature in our view was Laugharne Castle and the wide open estuary of the River Taf which flows into Carmarthen Bay. From Hamburg to home!
Well, this is written in retrospect - in fact slipping drastically as it is now Saturday!
Uneventful if long journey home - had my usual breakfast in cabin, but Rayan too busy to make my tea this morning - we have to debark (can you believe that term?!) at 9 and leave our suites by 8, so everyone wants room service breakfast!
Got myself organised and out by 7.30 as I had no packing to do,and found a nice comfy seat in the bar - waiting for instructions to go ...

Weather cloudy but dry this morning as we set off on our final leg home – hurray! Traffic less as we near Wales. The Severn Bridge is free to bikes and as we enter Wales – it's not raining! That has to be a first – it always rains when we get home from holidays! Home at 11:30am ...
