    ... Chicken Fontinella --"lightly floured and sautéed chicken breast topped with Hearthstone ham, creamy spinach, artichoke hearts, fontina & provolone cheeses. Baked to perfection and served on a bed of linguine topped with a rosa sauce." It was as good as the description suggests it might be.

    The museum may not have a lot of depth in all areas but it certainly has a lot of breadth (and I still haven't seen much of the museum) and many of the pieces are quite good. I'm certainly not an expert, but the jade pieces in the Asian section seemed exceptional to me and there were quite a number of pieces in the modern and contemporary section that I liked.
