    ... together, couples on dates, couples holding hands and kissing and of course the days I missed him most were the days I happened to see these public displays of affection THE MOST.


    With everything said and done, this was the scariest, hardest but best thing I have ever done. I made some really great lifelong friends and I got to see more and learn more about Rome that I ever thought I would. I would do this trip or another trip like this all over ...

    ... Chicken Fontinella --"lightly floured and sautéed chicken breast topped with Hearthstone ham, creamy spinach, artichoke hearts, fontina & provolone cheeses. Baked to perfection and served on a bed of linguine topped with a rosa sauce." It was as good as the description suggests it might be.
