Yet another beautiful sunny day in Minneapolis. Started out the day by sitting in the porch and watching a couple of young squirrels playing up the tree in the garden opposite. ... Chicken Fontinella --"lightly floured and sautéed chicken breast topped with Hearthstone ham, creamy spinach, artichoke hearts, fontina & provolone cheeses. Baked to perfection and served on a bed of linguine topped with a rosa sauce." It was as good as the description suggests it might be.

After dinner, I called Richard Nau (as mentioned above), we gassed up the car, and took a brief drive through the St. Olaf campus. We then returned to our room and called it a day.
