The beaches and cliffs of Gower
... beaches, dunes, nature reserve through saltwater marsh, woodland trails and cliff tops. I learned that gorse blossoms smell like coconut! (Why are they still in bloom at the end of October?) Rain, thunder and lightning in Rhossili-Tim
Spent an enjoyable if very wet week on the Gower Peninsula. Very glad we were in the van as it rained at least part of every day! Scenery and beaches are superb here and great for boogie boarding with long shallow beaches. Malcolm, Jo and the boys had a harder time of things in the tent.
