Hanoi has over 7 million people, most of them riding motorbikes on the street you are trying to cross. So it was a peaceful escape we were seeking when Lance read about Whisper of Nature Bungalows in Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island. As our cruise boat was driving right by on our return to Cat Ba Town we asked to be dropped at the dock.
