Fortunately this was soon remedied ...

We soon found our cabin and discovered to our relief that the enclosed balcony was not completely enclosed (no window in fact) and so was nearly as good as our previous club standard balcony. There was also a whole bottle of sparkling white wine, complementary from Cunard that we didn’t feel able to drink and so popped it in the complimentary fridge.
