June 3rd – Day 30
We were such bad parents yesterday,
completely unable to find Indian butter chicken for Hannah's birthday.
But after some help from Google, we found a place in Reno that did an
Indian buffet for lunch. $8.95 a person and Kaitlin was only $3.99,
really yum, very spicy and Hannah was in her happy place.
From Reno we went into Truckee. Deb

We decided to walk along the dirt road that we were paralleling and hope someone would drive by who we could bum a lighter off of. We got lucky, dinner was saved, a pick up drove by that ...
ok so after a final night of sleeping along a roadway Shima and I were off to Lake Tahoe. Most of our family was there and had arrived the day before. We had about 365 miles to go...most of it thru the central valley of CA which is nice and flat...but then we had to head into the mtns...and that scared me. I keep worrying about my Jeep...breaking down 2 times on the road in the middle of nowhere in the last week was enough for me. I know ...
