... the water feels much colder.

There follows a long section where the path traverses a desert of black volcanic rock and sand. It is fairly featureless and after a while a little boring. ... parties at the Moon Dunes, karaoke at the T Club (Mike absolutely killed What’s Up bringing the house down), discing, Kaitlyn going to Reno for a Wally run, delicious breakfast at Marty’s downtown Truckee, checking out the waterfalls and Vikingsholm in Emerald Bay, more discing, a lot of drinks at the house, a trip to Tahoe Mountain Brewing for a sour day, pier hangout at Donner Lake, spending the worst beach day ever at the dog ...

... of the list of activities on the whole trip. I had hoped to recapture the glory on another trail ride. It was still a nice time but fell a little flat. You can’t beat the scenery of Durango...even with the high Sierra’s...and our guide last year was the tops... Regardless...and aside from my incredibly sore...saddle parts...we had a nice time and were thankful for the opportunity. God’s country...Our country, ...
