          Up 5.30am to shower and get ready to travel back to Sonoko and John's house in Whitby. All the Tao families in the area had arranged to meet at Sonoko and John's house to discuss the Retreat that was held last weekend. It was so lovely to catch up with all these lovely people again.           Went out to the southern area of London. This area is a very old settlement area with shops built like in UK London. Lovely big old houses too.           In some way (place and institution-wise, anyway) they are much more Anglophile than Aussies are ... even, strangely, in Quebec (though they do have their French Revolutionary and Catholic heroes as place names as well). Really weird in Quebec.
