      I cannot believe that in just a few days I will be heading off for my challenge with Homeless International, in Nepal to build better homes. As I stuff all my necessary belongings into my tiny rucksack, it seems crazy to be packing sunscreen whilst a squalling gale rages outside.       ... did the course with Dane Reynolds! Well actually his name is Dane Hall but he surfed good enough! it was pretty cool being in the water with him and seeing him RIP. But even more interesting was the footage he took. We assessed it at night and for the first time got a good look on how I can improve arm movements, pump for speed and make more use of the wave.       ... the little cottages nestled amongst the trees, imagining how nice it would be to own one of them. Having made our way down a very steep hill with a 20% incline we were greeted by a rocky little beach. We watched the gentle waves lap the shore before heading over a hill to find somewhere to swim!
