We maken kennis met Bree en haar moeder, zusje en broertje, die permanent in het motel wonen en rijden iedere dag stukjes rond Ormond en zien van alles (behalve alligators).
Muriel doet mee aan een superinspannende Zumba les bij Golds Gym, waar we op twee dagen na iedere dag een training afwerken. Tussendoor train ik nog een paar keer extra in een vechtsportschool, beide keren een aparte ervaring.

Right back where we started
We zijn weer terug op de plek waar we zijn begonnen, in Ormond-by-the-sea. Witte stranden, de Atlantic, surfers en een 'hey dude'-attitude. De lunch staat al bijna klaar in het 'Lagerhead Bar & Grill' en de serveerster herkent ons nog van ons eerste bezoek.
We hebben vanuit Mississippi al een aanrader uit de Tripadvisor gemaild, het 'Sundeck' motel in Ormond, waar we vanaf vandaag ons bivak zullen opslaan.

Lyn really enjoyed this; especially when she put a blow torch against a piece of silica that is used for the external tiles of the heat shield of the Shuttle. It glowed red hot, but she was able to hold it in two fingers, and a few seconds later she was able to put it flat in her hand without getting burnt.

Launch went off as planned
... books, cards and the radio. The time went relatively fast as we watched more and more people surround us. Sailboats and motorboats were passing back and forth on the river in front of us and the seabirds were fishing so there was lots to watch.
