So nice to wake up to the sound of the waves.... even better to wake up and take a swim! I'm up and on the beach by 6 am. Jim and I had made plans to meet on the hotel lobby at 7am and head down to Huntington Beach and catch some of the Van Open. But I needed a swim first and to check out the surf on Sunset Beach :) It's not going on very much, but it's got potential and there are only two guys in the line up.... not really ...
... the park and of course no visit to the park is complete without watching the spectacular Fireworks at the end of the night.
After watching "Tinkerbell" fly through the air we headed for the Monorail to get home, and to top off Matthew's Birthday in the park we all got into the front of the Monorail with the Driver as we headed to the Downtown Station. Didn't know what had happened but turns out Peter had hit my back wheel! The air was ...
... that kept us on the road. Pedal down was also not that fast but you had to watch so you didn’t crash into the person infront of you. Joel looked like a real speed demon though.
After the joy ride we headed over to the main road to get some coffee. I was trying to figure out what everyone was waiting for on the side of the road when the Disneyland Parade started! It was really cool and I finally managed to see the Disney Princesses.
