    ... shops but we couldn't find the stoop for the bus. On looking at the bus guide more carefully, it became clear one had to get down to the waterfront area to buy tickets. This was some walk away and time was ticking by, so we gave up on that idea.

    ... rack of lamb. It was a very pleasant meal with fantastic service. We walked home and grabbed a choc fudge sundae from McDonald's for dessert. We are now in bed and I think I will finish this off to get some sleep before our cruise tomorrow. Pretty excited as I have never done the cruise thing before and the water is a beautiful turquoise colour here so I can only imagine how clear it will be in the Bahamas... I hope so anyway.     Our arrival into Fort Lauderdale was early. The ship was cleared for disembarkation by 7.30am. Half the passengers were leaving us to fly home today, so the rest of us guests in transit, were encouraged to disembark early before the crowds.     ... to our rooms, and when our bags began to arrive, rapidly became settled in. Bottles were opened and first drinks consumed as we toasted the start of vacation.
