    ... Pollock caviar. Crazy salty but really good. Followed by more amazing food, skewers with chicken skin, chicken balls, pork, pork fat, beef and I'm not really sure about the other two but I'm sure it's probably for the best I don't know. Then for the final course a massive bowl of Ramen. Sorry forgot to get a photo of it before digging in. As the home of Ramen this of course was the best I've had this trip!!     We checked out of our hotel in Hiroshima and took a street car to the bullet train to Fukuoka.
    Arriving to the city, we did the mistake of taking the green bus to the hotel. It took it 75 minutes to travel 5 km. We wanted to kill the driver. :)
    We arrived at the huge hotel and checked in. We weren't upgraded at first from our executive deluxe room on the 30th floor, but after a chat with the front desk manager, we were upgraded to a gorgeous ...

    ... Sadly I only got to spend a few hours here as I transferred back to Tokyo from Fukuoka. My two Swiss friends spent a few says in Fukuoka as they sailed to Korea from its port and I sort of wish I could have stayed a little longer because it looked like they had a great time!

    On my way out of the park towards the metro, I passed by a family that seemed to be lost. I was quite amused to see the father turning the map around in a circle, as if that would help him find his way. I gave them a hand on figuring out where they were, and when I was about to leave he said "You speak really good English for a Japanese". Seriously?!?
