    ... smashed the window in would have been a lost cause and so feeling slightly down that I'd found paradise but wasn't able to stay I headed back to my bike.

    I rode onto Bekal, found a room for 2 (I guess paying 2 away from the beach is better than running the risk of a lost laptop, camera and bike along with a beaten body - that's what I have to keep telling myself anyway) and settled down for the night.
