    Best pool in Flores

Awesome swimming pool area, perfect for spending the day if you have no other plans. good amount of sunbeds and towels are provided. Room was spacious and clean, only a curtain between the bedroom and bathroom which seems to bother some people but not a problem for us, if anything it helped the room to feel bigger. Breakfast is worth getting down early for as it seemed to go quite quickly but there was good choice and fresh omlettes. The hotel is a slight drive out of Labuan Bajo but for a small amount they have a car which will drive you in and pick you up too if needed...which it is in evenings as taxis are non existent and Bemo's do not run very late!
All in all an excellent hotel, book through agoda for nice cheap rates!

Room was very nice, the staff very helpful and the breakfast the best in Indonesia. However, the food and alcohol was far too expensive. More expensive than western prices!

... one restaurant on the island and we ate all our meals there. On our second day we took Henri for his first ocean swim and he loved flapping around in the warm, clear water. We also made the effort to climb the island's mountain for sunset. I would say that the whole experience was relaxing, but the truth is that between the snorkeling and the hiking and the swimming I was left exhausted at the end of every ...

... so exciting to witness the process and Papa was grinning from ear to ear as I asked so many questions! He sells one 60ml (old plastic water bottle) for 1. I bought one to take with me to Moni for the family. While I was with them eating hot roasted peanuts, making kids laugh, chasing chickens, craving bacon cos I spotted a big fat babi (pig), I was becoming more and more tipsy with the forced glasses of Arak shoved in my hand over the hours! Hiro said he ...

We really enjoyed our afternoon on the bike tour mostly due to the incredible scenery. The highlight of the coffee plantation was trying the Luwak coffee- coffee that has been eaten by a Civet, pooped out, cleaned, then roasted and brewed -CatPooCino if you willJ It was an interesting experience, and while the coffee was nice I ...

... Being told the nearest swimmable beach was an hour away and the waterfall we wanted to go to was inaccessible due to rain it didn't really matter. We walked down to the harbour and were invited in for coffee by Arif, who was friends with Leo. A welcomed relief with thunder resonating from the hills and rain beginning to pelt down. When the weather broke we bid adieu and walked along a street lined with palm trees and crooked houses hovering on stilts above ...

I shouted to the guys and swam in a panicky state towards the boat and they hauled me in. The top of my leg was covered in massive blisters and the pain was horrible. They kept on shouting "cream" at me louder and louder - perhaps they thought I was deaf, don't they realise it's the other way round, so got out ...
