Back on base at Meredyth's and on Friday we go to Waco Zoo in Cameron Park. This is relatively small and child friendly. so much so that it was heaving with school trips in the morning. it was quite well done but rather small enclosures for the lions & tiger. Max had a great time.
Saturday morning and after a visit to the Sunday/Pre-school Yard Sale, where Meredyth gets 3 boxes of train track stuff for $20, we head to Temple station for the train back ...
... without. Liz is a star and queues for an hour to get the Thomas & other balloons. I got supervising endless fascination with a massive train set/display - luckily Max never works out others were getting real train rides. As it turned out, it's a good thing we are out in "G/G" right now. The storage facility where we have ...
Welcome to 2015. I've heard for years that what you do on New Years Day is what you will do the rest of the year. Well, then guess I'm not going to be doing much during this year. Also hope this doesn't apply to the weather, if so we are in for a very, very, very wet and dreary year. It started raining a little after midnight and rained off and on all night. Today it's drizzly and gray. Kind of like Seattle area, but colder!
