      ... coconuts, guava, lemons, etc. Although, they do use traditional barley, hops and grains to make their Miami Brewing Company beer, they also add local fruits to their beer to create some rather different tasting beers (coconut, lime, etc).       ... we saw alligators, raccoons, and some very interesting mangrove stands. The local tour operators work cooperatively to maintain the mostly narrow trails through which they skim the cool airboats. This was a fun highlight of the day, and the rain stayed away until we were done.
