    ... a guided tour of the village, an alligator demonstration and an airboat ride through the "River of Grass." We had never been on airboat before and it was such a great experience.

    After our airboat ride and a stop at the gift shop we headed to our next RV Park. We are at the Larry & Penny Thompson Campground. It is a Miami-Dade County Park.

    ... to be short lived. We found the store and did a bit of shopping. It was a smaller store but packed with shoppers. There was a nice selection of items and we picked up a few things for the next few days.
    We then headed to an outlet mall near the start of the overseas highway. This was a complete waste of time. The stores weren't very good and we were probably the only English speaking shoppers in the entire mall. Back to the condo we headed!

    ... cove and walked through the sandy waters. It was no colder than Lake Michigan in August, which is cold enough. I waded up to my knees. There didn't seem to be any fish. I tried the waterproof camera by dipping it in the water with a tripod, but got nothing.
