Nice service from The Heritage Baan Silom. Located just nicely around area that you can have shopping and eating nearby. Room is nicely decorated, but the water heater only works after a while you run the water on. Wifi cannot reach up to higher floors but guests are always welcomed to hang out at the beautiful lobby.

I would recommend the place for business travelers and honeymooners.

They shouldn't be called "sleeper" cars but more "awake" cars since the grinding noise of the wheels and all the other banging made sleep very challenging. We arrived in Chain Mai and it was much cooler. A mini bus too us to Wat Doi Suthep a big Buddhist temple on top of a mountain. It was a big shrine because some of the ...

... everything is loaded on and off by hand. If only I was an artist I'm sure I would have to paint hundreds of paintings of them. We walked through the Gold Souk and then on to the spice souk - wonderful aromas and colours. My favorite souk so far. We had a delicious lunch in a side alley.
The weather has been perfect, not the searing heat I was expecting. In fact Dubai was nothing like ...
