Nice service from The Heritage Baan Silom. Located just nicely around area that you can have shopping and eating nearby. Room is nicely decorated, but the water heater only works after a while you run the water on. Wifi cannot reach up to higher floors but guests are always welcomed to hang out at the beautiful lobby.

I would recommend the place for business travelers and honeymooners.

... soon, but nice to have someone else figure it out especially when you have so much luggage... Strapped to your back! We found out where our hotel was and it seemed not too far from the centre of the city. Once we arrived and started walking, we quickly realized that this was not really the end of town that we wanted to be in! I think it was the 7-Eleven with the glass case protecting the cashier that really tipped us off. When we arrived the pictures from the Internet looks ...

... a little alley. There are several signs in brown for the royal barges museum but they almost all face the other direction so I actually went past them and then turned around and saw them. From there the signs for the museum are very straightforward and you twist your way through the back ways of a 'slum' until you finally make it to the museum.

I actually really enjoyed walking through this somewhat undisturbed community - the west side ...
