Slept in again till 9.15am. We're so lazy. It's very quiet and dark where we're staying. The rain helped us to stay in and rest.

We walked to Rockefeller Centre today and had some coffee at Starbucks after looking for a cafe. Seems Starbucks is the main coffee chain in NYC.

We went to the Top of the Rock at the ROCKEFELLER CENTRE. Amazing views of Central Park & Empire State Building and the ...

By the time we got back to the hotel, we were ready to relax . . . and we did!!! Steve went over to the Market across the street and we had a "rooftop supper" and got to watch a gorgeous sunset.

... all dressed up for Broadway and the restaurant was beautiful. The service was great and they even noted our need to be done by 6:30 to get to the theatre by 7 and yet didn’t rush the meal at all. It was perfect timing. The meal itself was amazing. And the portion sizes were perfect. I know people said they left hungry but I think this country doesn’t get what a real portion should be because I felt the food was more than appropriate and we ...

... We then went to our second exhibition which was called Dark Universe. To be completely honest this one lost me a bit. I’m quite into understanding about the structure and history of our universe but this just got too technical. I was supposed to have learnt what lies beyond our cosmic horizon and more about dark matter but I found myself just gazing up and looking at the pretty stars and lights and getting brain ache. In ...
