In my classes here I am able to look at the students interactions at different ages and stages in the process. I get frustrated sometimes with 2nd grade because they are still at the stage where they are learning to listen to each other and not always have their own ideas come first. Despite the homemade shacks serving as homes, something about the way of life seemed unusually enchanting. Here, life is simple. No cable TV. No internet. No iPhones, iPads, or iPods. Life here seemed so timeless: men tending the fields, while the wives carry water from the well, and the children play on the hills, running around with smiles more intense than any video game ...
