Annual visit to Palm Desert, CA. Our 8th or 9th trip. The last 3 have been two week trips. After a 2 1/2 hour ride we arrived at Shadow Ridge for our two week stay. After dinner tonight Rich and Dylan head to the swimming pool for a dip. Dylan is coming on in leaps and bounds, literally. He goes straight to the side and jumps in, then back out, time and time again. Then he swims from the steps to Rich. This soon turns into a lazy glide across to Daddy as his energy levels drops. It still has us in stitches as he lazily floats across and awaits his rescue.
