Since arriving in Indio last Friday, October 3, we have had a very relaxing, enjoyable time in spite of the heat. Our days have been spent checking out golf courses, golf equipment stores, shopping malls, consignment shops and of course golfing. We have golfed four times, starting out last Saturday in 104 F degree heat. They say the heat is dry out here and it doesn't feel so hot but I have never been so hot in my life. We took a bag of ...

When we were out at one of the lookouts we all began to smell smoke, hmmm a little worrying! Soon after we began to see ...

Coachella, there is a lot to say about these four days and nights but let's start with the rules - 1) the first rule of shanty town is we don't talk about shanty town We arrived in good time, got our wrist bands and got on to the field in no time at all. This is very different to UK festivals where it takes hours and hours just to get along the motorway! We had our car searched buy three security people and then we were on our way to the camp site. You park up ...

... to find us and left a long
trail of chocolate droppings around the truck. It seems to be harder
to convince the squad these days that the cute little bunny we saw
hopping around the night before was producer of the multi coloured
foiled chocolates and the questions of “ if they do lay the eggs
how do they make the chocolate rabbits” is a bit of a show stopper.
