    Free airport shuttle both ways

    Rooms are small but clean enough, bathrooms are big in comparison. The hotel provides free airport shuttle, pick up and drop off, and reasonably priced transportation to city center.

    ... buses that we could catch in and out of town whenever we wanted to. The apartment had a proper kitchen and there was a grocery store downstairs, so we could cook for ourselves especially for the evening meal. It was so nice to eat home cooking again. We both miss that. We tried a few new dishes including a really nice laksa. The main reason people come to KK is to climb Mount Kinabalu.     ... hope) I behaved accordingly! I got many many hugs when I left and it was so interesting for me to meet everyone there. Loads of photos were taken too! At teatime Maladi called at my hotel to say goodbye and gave me a gift of his signed book he had written called "Lets Speak English". What a lovely end to my time in Borneo.
