I managed to sleep until 8am and was woken by the alarm and the horse flatulence. The horse seemed to have grown fond of me and stayed close to my tent all along, hoofing, snorting, munching grass and ******* tremendously.
I had an excellent hot shower and found a can of baked beans and a loaf of bread which the young chaps left for other campers.
So cold baked beans and bread it was for breakfast! Full of energy and propulsion.
