... our way down miles of moving walkways we eventually find the National car rental office where we have pre booked car. We complete the paperwork and go down to the garage where we are told to pick any car from a particular row of vehicles. We select a nice sleek looking black Chevrolet Impala which is a really nice car and ease our way out into the Miami morning traffic.

Going to Miami
Så var det sidste stop - Miami. Vi bor lige ved Ocean Drive på Miami Beach. Det er bare den hvideste strand, og blåt vand, som er dejligt varmt. Her er bare de flotteste art deco huse, og vi bor selv i et. Vi har været på stranden i nogle timer, og jeg håber at vi havde nok solcreme på, for der er godt gang i den store gule lampe. Vi har også været på "strøget" (den lokale gågade), og så været op og nede af Ocean drive. Her er også bare dejligt! ...

Ran into this place in North Bay Village called "THE BAY".
Absolutely gorgeous waterfront property, restaurant / club concept, reasonably priced. Went there for happy hour (4 - 8pm by either one of the Bars, inside or out). Ate some of the best crabcake I ever had and some wonderful Clams with Chorizo and about 7 ...
