... Our Miami visit got off to a rough start. We arrived at the Hertz desk in MIA and found that Hertz did not have the car we'd reserved - or any car, for that matter!.

Since we were stuck in our travelling clothes we couldn't sunbathe or go in the water as I would of liked so I was envying a lot of the people that were there who could.
