On Saturday, we had a morning wander around the hotel and its grounds in the brilliant sunshine, then off to spent the day with our old friends Gary and Rusty. We met them 31 years ago when they visited the UK in the days when I worked for Gestetner and we brought US Copier Service Engineers to visit the UK factory. We have kept in ...
... cruise was beautiful if chilly depending upon where the boat was.
We did the pub visit too although I have forgotten the name of the pub. There were typical British foods - things like Ploughmen's Lunch and Beef & Guinness Pie - and I think most of us came away with left-overs.

... book, again! Managed to do about 100 pages today leaving only about 120 to go. The book is going to be a big one- 482 pages total! But I think it is very interesting, even after reading it at least a dozen times so far! Next I have to start writing up and explaining all the corrections! Going to be time consuming! I fixed pork chops, sweet potato, spinach and cranberry sauce for supper and then worked on my jigsaw puzzle instead of the book!
