Mandy forced me to go to Hooters ( opposite the last sex shop before the Jungfrau) as it had the cheapest beer in town so with heavy legs I had to go in !
Finally I found Lesley Anne's dream restaurant a Chinese doing, Thai, Vietnamese (dog) and Tibetan food - yum yum
... the roadside, with small spots of grassed areas alongside the stream. It seemed quite shallow as the rocks beneath were clearly visible, perhaps the water is just so clean. The stream then became a rushing river which was a gorgeous blue colour, hopefully it’s been captured on camera.

When it comes to hiking, do NOT trust the Swiss. We start down a fairly steep trail and can see Adelboden far in the valley below. The trail is steep with loose rocks in spots and not so bad in others. The terrain and surrounding mountains are different than what we have hiked through. ...
