Today we got up and prepared for our drive to Savannah. Sheree quickly made breakfast, burrito for Ted and granola and yogurt for herself. We unplugged and rolled off down the Savannah Highway. Savannah was not too far and we hoped to see some of it this afternoon if we made good time. We only stopped for drinks, snacks and potty breaks. One of our stops advertised "Hot Boiled Peanuts" so we thought we might give them a try. ...
... a Greek restaurant and it was decided that "yes" we were going to eat Greek food whilst in the South! With dinner complete we still had to get back to where we parked the car. Back on to the Dot Bus we walked to the streets whilst looking at the bus route map and the google map on the phone to find the nearest bus stop.
Waiting in the heat, we four tired people ended the day at the hotel, just as a storm began. Phew, that was close!
