      ... although a big rock and a plank might have been easier, but try as I might no amount of grunting, groaning or pleading would undo the wheel nuts. Candy's husband ( not a small bloke) also gave it a shot but they wouldn't budge. Eventually we ending up getting enough air into the tyre using a bicycle pump to allow us to drive to the local garage.Life in a yurt is very relaxing, you are forced to slow down, there is no electricity so forget TV or ...

      The punishing work schedule I had been putting myself through meant working seven days a week. Half term loomed and, more by luck than judgement, I managed to secure a full day without a student to teach.
