The Atlantic Club Casino Hotel
Travel Blogs from Atlantic City
After leaving Cape May, we drove up to Atlantic City to stay for the night. It was only an hour's drive or so. On the way, we used HotelsTonight (again) to find a room in Atlantic City. We picked one at the Atlantic Club Resort and Casino for a whopping $49 per night (plus $12 taxes plus $5 parking) -- all in all not too bad. After arriving in …
Josh & Amanda are getting hitched! In JAMAICA! Of course we're going to that! And what better time to hit a couple of our favorite spots. When David suggested our crazy itinerary I had a few reservations.... But, hey, I would NEVER turn down an opportunity to visit one of my favorite spots, Ft. Lauderdale! We're not big fans of huge resort hotels, but we booked this room using the iPhone Hotel Tonight app and got a beautiful King Suite - a huge room, windows on two sides overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean. We booked it on the same day that we arrived for the whopping rate of $49 (plus taxes)!!
I don't know if the accolades should be directed at the hotel or at Hotel Tonight -- probably both! The hotel deserves the credit for charging us only $5 for parking (free would be nice, but is unheard of, I think, at these sorts of hotel/resorts).
