... wait for news , Emma is cooking a favorite dish and Tom and Irene are coming round.I've been thinking of dad a lot and it felt really good yesterday being in his old stamping ground, Haringey and Hornsey. We took the bus from Holloway Rd to Wood Green and then along to Bounds Green to see Uncle Ernie. He is a very inspiratonal, 91 year old and living by himself and still cooking meat and two vege for his dinner. He really enjoyed the fish and chips we took for lunch-

Our last full day
It was up very early as we had to get an earlier start for the day's travel. The Queen's celebration was happening a block from our London hotel, and there was concern with getting us there past all the people.
On the coach at 7:15 and away we went. We only had one stop to make - Stratford upon Avon, home of Shakespear.
We stopped at a little town just outside of Stratford where we saw Anne Hathaways' cottage. A cute little thing ...
