    ... Lauren and the rest of the staff are a hugh giggle. As soon as I arrived she knew to book me a taxi for the hike I'd missed last time, although in hindsight, I really should not have done it alone! The four hour hike took you around the Robbenberg peninsula (beautiful), which for the first half was fine - aside from a bit of hefty rock climbing - but then turned treacherous as soon as I hit the point... it was so windy, all that kept going through my head was 'if I fall ...

    This morning we tore ourselves away from the beach and view in Cintsa and started toward our end destination of Jeffey's Bay (again right on the beach).

We were exchanging travel stories and told them we were so glad to be in South Africa, they responded rudely with "Yeah, it must be nice to finally be in a place where people like you." We were not happy with their attitudes and informed them that “contrary to popular belief, Americans are welcome in most countries while traveling, and if they were too ignorant to believe that, then shame on them.” They were rude and talked down to us the entire night ...
