After eating breakfast on the boat, arrived back to the docks at 9am. Jumped in a rickshaw to the bus station and caught a bus back to Kochi. When I arrived in Fort Kochi stayed at the park hotel on princes street which is where the little action in Kochi takes place. Everywhere shuts in the old fort at 11pm. Spend the afternoon and evening wondering around, catching up on e-mails and drinking more beer from teapots. A pretty uneventful day really.

... down the hills. The landscape was beautiful, and the roads narrow and packed. But, it was great... we got to Coimbatore in short order and got on a bus to Cochin quite quickly. We are presently in Cochin, at an Internet cafe... we are hanging out here since Rabin still isn't feeling that great. We are going to catch a bus to Allepey later tonight and organize some backwater tours. Should be fun. I just hope that Rabin feels better soon!
