    ... very exhausted and jetlagged.
    Although lying by the pool and having 1 hour, 300 baht massages helped greatly.

    So began our last 3 weeks overseas.

    We lost track of the days.

    Everyday involved swimming in the resort pools, Thai food, eating and drinking too much, Thai massages, foot massages, facials, fish spas, hair braiding and shopping.

    ... the old town, which included brekky, lunch and local snacks along the way, if anyone is heading to Phuket I would recommend touring the old town, most people stick to the beach but there is a lovely little Phuket Treasure Map you can get which guides you around or Google "Heritage Trails" and you will find the company I used. I also visited the local weekend market in Phuket Town, only for the food of course! Was nice to wander around trying different ...

    ... upgrade - success! This evening we had a yummy meal in the restaurant next door and then explored a bit more of the area around us. It's mostly shops but we made it to an a part of Phuket that doesn't involve the madness of the Main Street which is very busy and full of people hassling you! Now we're back home in bed excited for our high ropes adventure ...

    ... hotel with transfers for 800thb, this is a standard price. We actually enjoyed the show, although at the beginning I think I had expectations but soon got rid of them and watched the show for what is it. They do numbers from around the world, any country that has colour and party music. They also did a few numbers from some stage shows, being an Aussie I was hoping they would do ...

    ... and a lovely way to spend the rest of the afternoon. We sailed on for another four hours before reaching our destination for the evening, in the middle of what seemed to be nowhere which was fantastic. As we arrived the sun was starting to set so were able to get some fantastic photos including ones where we were jumping off the boat with the sun setting behind us. We again spent the rest of the evening enjoying another brilliant meal and drinking a few beers, chatting away ...
